Kayla & Mike 12.18.09

Kayla & Mike's reception followed a candlelit ceremony on the large patio for their 170 guests. The colors were ivory, chocolate, and apple green...a very unique combination for a winter/Christmas-time wedding!

Half of the centerpieces were tall glass cylinder vases with large calla lilies, and the other half were green apples. Upstairs tables had miniature versions of the same arrangements. Each table had 10+ votive candles, plus three taller floating candles in individual glass holders.

Each place setting included a tasty chocolate-covered apple.

I love the modern style of this cake!

The upstairs overflow room was a great spot for entertaining the kids.

Christen & Joey 11.14.09

What a beautiful fall wedding! Here are a few photos from Christen & Joey's reception last month. Enjoy!

The Wedding Wishes Tree was a fun way to have guests record their well wishes and advice as they entered the reception after the cocktail hour.

Congratulations Christen & Joey! Everyone seemed to have such a great time at your wedding!

Megan & Donny 11.28.09

Last weekend The Gallery hosted Megan & Donny's wedding with a theme of black & white damask with accents of green. All the personal touches really made it a unique event, and Lisa & Nathan with LOLA Catering + Events did an amazing job bringing it all together.

I loved their idea of attaching black & white engagement photos all around the ledge between the 1st and 2nd floor. It came out really well!

Another fun idea was this "photo booth" that guests could stand behind to have their photo taken. Surrounding the framed cut-outs were pictures from Megan & Donny's family members' weddings. Megan's photographer friend, and future Gallery bride April, was on hand to snap the photos.

Congratulations Megan & Donny! It has been wonderful working with you over the past year, and I wish you a lifetime of happiness!
