Catie & Dan 12.21.08

Catie & Dan chose to have their ceremony indoors since it was about 50 degrees yesterday! Hopefully these photos will help to show how the upstairs overflow room looks when setup for a ceremony. There were about 100 chairs setup, and there seemed to be space for up to 10 more if needed.

View from the front.

The aisle came from the door where this photo was taken, along the back row of chairs, then left down the center aisle created by the chairs.

Araceli & Anthony 12.13.08

Araceli has really worked her tail off planning this wedding, and it's safe to say, it was well worth it! Everything looked great, and I really love the lights in the trees - maybe we should leave them up all year-round!

Catering by Palomas.

This very cool tree and the accompanying crystals and candles are from Any Occasion Party Rental.

Congratulations to the happy couple!

Melissa & Aaron 11.8.09

After a cocktail hour on the outdoor patios, Melissa & Aaron's nearly 200 guests were seated inside for a delicious meal freshly prepared by Goode Company.

They had reserved seating, and named each table something that was memorable to them in their relationship: vacation spots, the date they got engaged, the names of their pets, and yes, even Hurricane Ike!

The cupcake table...

Best wishes to the happy couple!

Katie & Nick 11.7.08

What a beautiful, personalized wedding! Here is a photo of their very unique ceremony set-up, with a view from the bottom of the stairs.

On the way from the bridal suite to the upstairs area to wait for the ceremony to begin (walking through the offices).

The bride and her friends hand made every flower in the wedding with colorful paper - down to the "petals" in the flower girl's basket!

Behind the bride & groom's table, they strung a backdrop of paper flowers.

Congratulations Katie & Nick!

Hilary & Wil 11.1.08

It was a perfect fall wedding. Enjoy the pictures!

Have you ever seen this many rose petals in one place!? Gorgeous! Especially with the floating candles (hard to see in the picture, but very pretty after dark).

Best wishes to the newlyweds!

Fabulous Halloween Wedding!

Shawna & Kage hosted their ceremony & reception at The Gallery last night. Here are a few pictures!

Waiting for the ceremony to begin...

Notice the black tulle and red rose petals over the dance floor... perfect for their theme!

Congratulations Shawna & Kage!

The office has moved!

The Events Office is now in the main office area, near the small patio (with the lamp-post). It is upstairs, the first office on the right.

We are hoping to relocate the bride's room to the old Event Office, creating a little more space and making it easier to find for members of the bridal party. The groom's room will eventually be in the corner building with the red awning, but it may be a couple of months before all of this is officially in place.

I'll keep you posted with updates and photos of these exciting changes!

Kara & Daragh 10.6.08

This wedding was the first of our "adopted weddings" from several closed venues in town. They had such a great attitude even in a stressful time, and I hope their day turned out even better than they'd hoped. : ) It was beautiful!

There was a chance of rain, but there wasn't a drop to be seen all day.

The flowers in the fountain were by Dream Bouquet.

This adorable cake topper looks just like the bride & groom!

Lighting provided by Impressive Events.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
